We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team assembling precision components used in cardiac surgery. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a quality-focused manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Assemble cardiac surgical tubing, small components, and springs. Work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required protective gear, including gowns, boots, gloves, and hairnets. Inspect parts and finished products for defects. Follow detailed work instructions and strict quality standards. Perform repetitive assembly tasks that require precision and consistency. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination. Good manual dexterity for handling small components. Reliable attendance and punctuality. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and maintain high-quality standards. Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. Medical device experience is a plus!
