•6:30 AM What You'll Do As a Production Assembler, you'll play a key role in manufacturing high-quality medical device components in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate molding and production equipment to manufacture silicone and plastic medical components. Trim, assemble, and finish products according to detailed specifications. Perform quality inspections using visual inspection equipment and microscopes. Weigh, mix, and prepare raw materials for production. Complete production documentation and quality records accurately. Use hand tools and precision equipment to perform assembly and manufacturing tasks. Follow cleanroom procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. No Experience? No Problem. We're looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Comprehensive training is provided.

Strong attention to detail. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to follow written instructions and procedures. A quality-focused mindset. Reliable attendance and a positive attitude. Ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining accuracy. Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, food production, retail, or machine operation experience is helpful but not required.
