• What You'll Be Doing
• As a Medical Device Assembler, you'll play a critical role in the production of advanced catheter products that support patient care around the world.

Your responsibilities will include:

+ Performing detailed catheter assembly in a cleanroom environment

+ Building catheter and guidewire components using microscopes and precision hand tools

+ Completing multi-stage assemblies with a strong focus on quality and accuracy

+ Conducting visual inspections under magnification to ensure product excellence

+ Following work instructions, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures

+ Packaging finished medical devices for shipment

+ Recording production information and supporting documentation

+ Cross-training on multiple product lines and assembly processes

+ Collaborating with teammates to meet production goals

• What We're Looking For
• Required Qualifications:
• + 6+ months of medical device assembly experience + 6+ months of microscope assembly or inspection experience + Experience working with tweezers, cutters, pliers, or other precision hand tools + Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity + Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards + Basic computer skills + Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Preferred Experience:
• + Catheter assembly + Guidewire assembly + Cleanroom manufacturing + Medical device inspection or packaging + Regulated manufacturing environments

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maplewood, MN.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $19.

00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
