: We are seeking dedicated Manufacturing Assemblers to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision and efficiency, adhering to safety standards and quality protocols. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with manufacturing environments, and the ability to interpret technical documents. Duties Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments in accordance with technical drawings and production documentation. Operate forklifts and other factory equipment safely to transport materials and finished products within the manufacturing facility. Conduct quality checks on assembled parts, ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturing specifications. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions accurately to facilitate efficient production workflows. Utilize lean manufacturing principles to identify process improvements, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while adhering strictly to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, supporting safety standards in production areas. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and resolve assembly issues promptly. Assist in managing production documentation, recording assembly progress, and reporting discrepancies or defects. Support continuous training on new tools, techniques, or safety procedures as part of ongoing process improvement initiatives. Requirements Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with hands-on assembly work. Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges. Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and production documents accurately. Experience operating forklifts or similar factory equipment is highly desirable. Knowledge of safety standards related to manufacturing environments and strict adherence to safety protocols. Ability to work on an assembly line efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Strong manual dexterity combined with physical stamina for manual handling tasks. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement strategies. Effective communication skills for team collaboration and reporting.
