Medical Device Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM-3:50
PM Schedule:
Four 10-hour shifts We are seeking a Repair Assembler to support medical device repair and manufacturing operations. This position will perform minor repairs, assembly, testing and refurbishment of electro-mechanical medical devices in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble, test and refurbish electro-mechanical devices Perform minor repairs on medical device products Follow work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams and assembly instructions Build electro-mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and components Perform visual inspections and in-process quality checks Use testing and inspection equipment to verify product specifications Identify and communicate product defects Maintain accurate quality, testing and work-in-progress documentation Follow established safety, quality and regulatory procedures Assist with training and cross-training of other assemblers Work closely with assemblers, technicians, engineers and supervisors
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED 1-2 years of manufacturing, assembly, technical service/support experience or related training Experience working with tools and building components Basic Windows and Microsoft Office skills Ability to read and follow technical instructions Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to work four 10-hour shifts with potential overtime
Preferred:
Medical device or other regulated manufacturing experience Electro-mechanical assembly experience Experience with electronic or guided work instructions ERP system experience Previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience
Pay:
$17.99 - $18.00 per hour
