Starting at $16.00 per hour Job Description Ju-Young Manufacturing America is seeking a reliable and motivated Injection Molding Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining plastic injection molding machines, monitoring production processes, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain injection molding machines. Monitor injection molding processes to ensure consistent product quality. Adjust machine settings and processing parameters as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve molding-related issues. Perform basic machine maintenance and assist with equipment repairs. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Assist with mold changes, machine setup, and production adjustments. Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines. Work closely with production and maintenance teams to support efficient operations. Qualifications Previous experience in plastic injection molding preferred (2+ years preferred). Knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and machinery. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shifts.
