We are hiring dependable, detail-oriented Production Operators to join a plastics manufacturing team in Mesa! This is a hands-on position working alongside automated injection molding machines, focusing on quality inspection, trimming, and packaging finished plastic parts. No previous injection molding experience required! Candidates with production, assembly, packaging, or quality inspection experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Visually inspect molded plastic parts for defects and quality. Trim and remove excess plastic material as needed. Package finished products according to specifications. Manually remove parts from automated machines when required. Maintain production goals, quality standards, and a clean work area. Follow safety procedures and work collaboratively with the production team. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects. Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks. Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards.

Shift:

4:30pm to 3am Monday -
