You'll perform water damage restoration, flood restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, cleaning, and related construction tasks. The work calls for emergency response readiness, careful safety practices, and clear, respectful customer service. On-call coverage may be part of the role. Responsibilities Assess affected areas, prepare workspaces, and follow established restoration and safety protocols. Remove damaged materials, clean and dry surfaces, and support restoration and construction work using hand tools and power tools. Perform carpet cleaning and assist with water, fire, and mold remediation tasks. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and respiratory protection appropriate to the work and site requirements. Operate a company vehicle as assigned, communicate with customers about work in progress, and document job details; use Xactimate when applicable. Requirements Follow safety protocols, use PPE correctly, and be prepared to respond to urgent assignments and on-call coverage. Customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with customers and teammates. A valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle, if required for assigned duties. Must have a reliable means of transportation for getting to the job site.

Preferred:

restoration industry experience, construction experience, and hands-on experience with water damage restoration, flood restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, cleaning, or carpet cleaning.

Preferred:

familiarity with Xactimate, hand tools, and power tools.

Pay:

$20.00
