Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Injection Mold Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality foam products efficiently and safely. Your expertise will help ensure our products meet rigorous quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. Duties Set up, operate, and monitor injection molding machines to produce foam components according to specifications. Perform routine inspections of molds and machinery to identify issues and ensure optimal performance. Conduct quality inspections using precision measurement instruments and dimensional measurements to verify product specifications. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical issues with injection molding equipment and robotic systems. Handle materials safely, including materials handling procedures within the warehouse environment. Maintain accurate production logs, shift reports, and quality documentation. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Requirements Proven experience in plastics injection molding or plastics production environment. Mechanical knowledge of industrial equipment such as press brake machines, CNC lathes, CNC machines, and robotic systems. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for machine operation automation. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting processes. Experience with plastics blow molding or extrusion processes is a plus. Warehouse experience including materials handling and forklift operation certification preferred. Strong understanding of safety protocols and engineering troubleshooting techniques related to industrial equipment. Pay:

$23.24 - $24.91 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
