The Batch Mixer Operator is responsible for preparing and mixing ingredients according to established formulas and production specifications. This position ensures that batches are produced safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining food quality and sanitation standards. Monday to Friday | 7:00am to 3:30pm Responsibilities Operate and monitor industrial mixing and blending equipment used in food production. Accurately measure and add ingredients according to batch formulas and production instructions. Follow recipes, batch sheets, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor mixing times, temperatures, quantities, and other production specifications. Inspect ingredients and finished batches for quality and consistency. Record production information, ingredient usage, batch numbers, and other required documentation. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in accordance with food safety requirements. Follow all company safety, quality, and food-handling procedures. Qualifications Must have previous experience in food manufacturing, production, mixing, batching, or a similar environment. Ability to follow written recipes, formulas, and production instructions. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Ability to work safely around production machinery and equipment. Ability to lift, move, and handle ingredients and production materials as required. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable attendance and willingness to work a flexible or rotating schedule.
