Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dependable Machine Operator in Locust Grove, GA . In this fast-paced and hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating injection molding machinery in a high-volume production environment. In a Machine Operator job, you'll be responsible for: Operating and monitoring injection molding machines to ensure quality and efficiency Troubleshooting and adjusting equipment with a focus on pneumatics and hydraulics Performing routine quality checks on parts and reporting defects or issues Maintaining a clean and safe work area in accordance with company standards Assisting with changeovers and machine maintenance as needed What you'll need: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems (required) Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift and perform physical tasks throughout the day
