We are seeking a detail-oriented Prepress Operator to prepare customer files for production across digital, offset, large format, direct mail, and packaging applications. This position is responsible for file preflight, correction, imposition, proofing, color management, and workflow processing to ensure accurate, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Preflight and prepare customer files using Prinergy, PitStop, Adobe Creative Cloud, Metrix, and ArtiosCAD . Verify artwork specifications including fonts, images, bleeds, trim, color, and die lines. Create press-ready PDFs, impositions, proofs, and production files. Support digital, offset, large format, mailing, and packaging workflows. Troubleshoot file issues and communicate corrections with customer service, sales, and production teams. Perform color corrections and maintain color standards across printing platforms. Review packaging structures and die lines using ArtiosCAD. Ensure jobs are released accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications:

2+ years of prepress experience in a commercial printing environment preferred. Proficiency with Prinergy, Metrix, ArtiosCAD, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Enfocus PitStop . Strong understanding of digital printing, offset printing, large format graphics, direct mail, and packaging production. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality printed products while supporting efficient production and customer satisfaction.
