Key Responsibilities:

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or

GED. 2-5

years of hands-on experience with injection molding machinery and assembly. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working with limited supervision. Proficiency in reading and writing English; multilingual skills are a plus.

•6:20 AM Schedules follow a rotating pattern with alternating weekends off. Training for third shift will be conducted on the second shift for 4-6 weeks prior to transition. Pay Details:
