Qualifications Plastics and molding experience 2+ years of manufacturing experience A working knowledge of injection molding equipment, mold set-ups, mold operations, plastic resins and mixing procedures including math and measurement techniques/equipment Responsibilities Technicians will carry out production requirements, oversee equipment problems, work with other departments and perform mold setting duties as necessary Change mold safely and in a timely manner Follows daily production schedule Troubleshoots and handles equipment and mold problems Ensures that quality assurance measures and procedures are followed Processes set-ups, starts up presses We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various tools and machinery. This role involves working with heavy equipment, ensuring quality production, and maintaining safety standards within the work environment. Requirements Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery Ability to operate forklifts safely. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
