MATCH ESOP THE ROLE

Use CAD/CAM software, digital layout software and saw equipment to precisely cut stone and tile pieces from drawings or templates while maintaining Morningstar's quality and safety standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Create CAD/CAM programs and create, edit and verify CAD drawings before sawing. Operate and maintain saw and related equipment; verify dimensions and angles before and after cutting. Learn and maintain the inventory system; keep the workspace clean and efficient. Follow safety rules and company procedures; assist other fabrication areas as needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

At least 3 years of fabrication experience and prior CAD/CAM experience preferred but not required. Experience with hand tools and/or basic machinery; basic math and measuring skills. High school diploma or equivalent; basic knowledge of hand tools. Detail-oriented, organized and reliable, with effective communication skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

PHYSICAL / WORK ENVIRONMENT

Primarily indoors in a wet manufacturing environment with loud saws/grinders, dust, fumes and moving stone/tile. Prolonged standing is required; frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 100 lbs. Some jobsite travel may be needed.
