Work Duties Run and monitor injection molding machines Inspect finished product to confirm quality requirements Complete routine production records Follow written work instructions and supervisor direction Maintain clean and organized work stations Escalate quality or production concerns Job Requirements Reliability and a willingness to learn Basic math and counting skills Ability to stay focused, organized and follow instructions Ability to stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds Employees who demonstrate reliability, strong performance and and interested in learning may have opportunities for additional training and advancement.
