• 5:30am to 1:30pm, 2nd
• 1:30pm to 9:30pm, 3rd
• 9:30pm to 5:30am

Responsibilities:

• Run mold production cycles to meet hourly goals
• Perform quality checks and inspections
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting
• Complete part re-work and repairs
• Follow standard work processes
• Report equipment abnormalities or safety risks
• Keep work area clean and organized (5S)
• Assist with cross-functional cell tasks Working hours:

• Machine setup and adjustment experience
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to take direction well
• Strong problem-solving skills

Education:

High School Experience:

4-7 years

Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in manufacturing, construction, or woodworking
• Experience operating machinery and molds
• Ability to use inspection gages
• Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs every 30 minutes
• Physical endurance (standing, bending, climbing)
• Ability to wear safety gear and handle fiberglass/materials
• Must have good tenure in prior roles
• Must be available for overtime when needed
