Full-Time Join CL Construction's Demolition Team CL Construction is looking for a highly experienced Concrete Crusher Operator to lead day-to-day crushing operations on active demolition projects throughout our region and beyond. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands mobile crushing equipment, knows how to keep production moving, and can troubleshoot problems before they turn into costly downtime. We need an operator who can confidently set up, operate, and maintain a mobile crushing plant while producing clean, quality recycled concrete aggregate. This position requires approximately 90% travel to project sites. Company-paid lodging and per diem are available for qualifying travel. What You'll Do Operate, monitor, and manage daily production of a mobile concrete crushing and screening plant on demolition projects. Set up, tear down, and prepare crushing equipment for transport between job sites. Produce clean, consistent recycled concrete aggregate that meets quality requirements for resale. Monitor material flow, production rates, equipment performance, and product quality to maximize output. Troubleshoot crusher, screen, conveyor, and related equipment issues to minimize downtime. Perform daily equipment inspections, routine servicing, and preventative maintenance. Identify and manage rebar, steel, and other contaminants to maintain product quality and protect equipment. Coordinate with excavator, loader, and haul truck operators to maintain a safe, steady flow of material. Recognize mechanical issues, communicate repair needs, and help keep equipment in reliable operating condition. Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all company safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating a concrete crusher or mobile crushing plant. Demonstrated experience with crushing and screening operations, preferably on demolition or concrete recycling projects. Strong understanding of crusher operation, material processing, production flow, and aggregate quality. Ability to independently operate, monitor, and troubleshoot crushing equipment. Experience identifying equipment issues and performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance. Commitment to safe equipment operation and maintaining a productive job site. Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with other equipment operators and field crews. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel approximately 90% of the time. Preferred Qualifications Experience with mobile jaw crushers, impact crushers, screening plants, conveyors, and related crushing equipment. Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing crushing equipment. Experience operating excavators, wheel loaders, skid steers, dozers, or haul trucks.
