Omaha, Nebraska Onsite opportunity in a production environment Job Description The Reserves Network is seeking a detail-oriented Mixer Operator to support manufacturing operations in Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, you will prepare, measure, and mix raw materials according to established formulas and production instructions. You will help ensure product consistency, maintain accurate records, and follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) throughout the production process.
Responsibilities:
Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials according to approved formulas. Set up and operate mixing and production equipment following established procedures. Verify raw materials, labels, and production documents before use. Collect samples and perform required quality checks. Monitor the formulation process and report inconsistencies, equipment issues, or product defects. Complete production records accurately and organize required documentation. Clean equipment and maintain an orderly work area. Follow cGMP, safety procedures, and quality standards before, during, and after production.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions. Basic math skills for accurate weighing and measuring. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production equipment. Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with team members. Commitment to safe work practices, quality, and accuracy.
