00 / hr. based on experience and demonstrated skill. Core Responsibilities Operate CNC lathe machines efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Adjust tool offsets, replace worn inserts, and touch off new tools as needed. Troubleshoot machining issues effectively to minimize machine downtime. Execute a sequence of operations with minimal supervision while meeting output and quality goals. Perform light preventative machine maintenance, such as checking fluids and clearing chips. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Participate actively in our ISO Quality Management System and complete required quality training. Follow standard operating procedures and proactively recommend process improvements. Handle other shop duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Strong general math skills and ability to follow technical instructions. Basic computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office or digital shop logs preferred). Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift, load, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
