This role is pivotal in maintaining machine efficiency, ensuring rigorous quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all production cycles. Responsibilities Optimize injection molding processes and cycle times to maximize output while maintaining strict product quality. Lead technical troubleshooting for injection machines, vision systems, and auxiliary equipment to minimize downtime. Conduct advanced process analysis to identify root causes of defects and implement sustainable corrective actions. Supervise daily shift activities, including team huddles, workflow coordination, and resource allocation. Manage personnel performance, including onboarding, cross-training, and professional development coaching. Enforce safety protocols, GMP standards, and 5S initiatives to ensure a clean and efficient production environment. Collaborate with maintenance and planning departments to execute preventative and emergency equipment repairs. Qualifications Required Skills 5-7 years of hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting injection molding machinery. Advanced knowledge of resin behavior, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric systems. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse production teams. Strong proficiency in blueprint reading and technical documentation. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data management. Preferred Skills Technical certification or degree in a related manufacturing field. Experience with
