We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a comprehensive benefits package, including: Paid holidays and PTO Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off Thomas Electronics is seeking a Test Operator to support our manufacturing operations by performing electrical testing, performance evaluations, and compliance verification of components, assemblies, and systems in accordance with established specifications and quality requirements. The Test Operator will utilize a variety of electronic and photometric test equipment to evaluate product performance, identify potential issues, and ensure products meet applicable electrical, mechanical, and environmental requirements. Key Responsibilities Perform electrical performance evaluations and testing of cathode ray tubes (CRTs). Verify the proper integration of components into CRT assemblies and confirm compliance with established electrical and mechanical requirements. Perform component assessments and compliance verification in accordance with established specifications and procedures. Set up, operate, and monitor electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and photometric equipment. Conduct environmental stress screening evaluations and document test results. Review test data and identify conditions that may require further investigation or corrective action. Accurately record test results and maintain required documentation. Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and other departments as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Manufacturing experience required. Previous experience using electronic test equipment required. Familiarity with oscilloscopes, voltmeters, photometric equipment, or similar testing equipment preferred. Ability to read and follow technical specifications, work instructions, and established procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to troubleshoot and identify issues during testing. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team. Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Ability to meet production schedules and quality standards.
