• Saw experience), ideally (but not required) BACA Saw experience, CNC Router experience, ideally Intermac/Easystone.

Additional helpful experience with material handling, and some light hand fabrication… Also, a demonstrated track record of consistent reliability is a must… we also work very hard to maintain a positive family atmosphere so ability to work well with others is very important. In exchange for your experience we can offer the absolute best compensation package, as well as opportunities to work 4/10's or even 3/12's ( for a 40 hr. week). We have Vacuum lifters at every station so there is a reduced amount of lifting, and all of our work is performed wet, or in front of a HEPA dust wall

• Some or all of the below Sawyer Materials Handling, Pull Slabs /Remnants as required to cut Place slab onto the saw table using a vacuum lifter Lay out the digital program on the slab
• maximizing yield Review saw cut path to minimize blow outs Run the saw Program Clear the table and put away rems. CNC Operator Set up CNC table for Milling Place the parts onto the CNC table with a Vacuum Lift Run the Program Pull Completed parts from the Table Fabricator Check All Parts against drawing to confirm sizes are correct Check all edges for proper profile, polish, and finish
• correct any minor issues the CNC missed Put job together on tables to ensure all parts are complete Move parts to staging area
