Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Duties:

• Repair and maintain all injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment such as conveyors, thermolators, grinders, assembly fixtures, etc. in support of the production department.
• Service and repair hydraulics, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical equipment.
• Collect and document daily and weekly key equipment PM and safety inspections.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in the set-up of hydraulics, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Previous experience working in maintenance department.
• General experience with machine maintenance and repairs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic prints
• Must be familiar with tools and gages.
• Must have knowledge of OSHA safety requirements for General Industry
• Ability to read technical specifications and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and written processes.
• Adaptable, willing to adjust to changing demands and circumstances, open to new ideas and approaches problems as opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to prioritize work assignments and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic Computer knowledge

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
