H & H Environmental Construction is a mold remediation and property restoration company in Saugerties, NY. We help homeowners and property owners throughout our covered territory (up to two hours' drive from Saugerties, including neighboring states) recover from water, fire, smoke, storm, and mold damage. We are hiring an experienced Lead Water Damage and Mold Remediation Technician to run our jobs on site and lead the crew. The job You run the job from the first visit to the last. You set the drying plan, lead the crew through extraction, demolition, and drying, and take mold projects from containment to clearance under the assessor's plan. You make sure every visit is documented, every crew member works safely, and every customer knows what is happening in their home. You will work alongside the crew, train new technicians, and report directly to our operations leadership. What you will do Lead the crew on water damage and mold jobs: plan the day, assign the work, and check it Respond to emergency calls, set the drying plan, and bring every job to its drying goal Write the mold remediation work plan and supervise containment, removal, and cleaning through clearance Keep the job file complete every day: readings, photos, equipment, crew hours, and added work Train new technicians on our procedures and equipment Be the face of H & H with the customer and the adjuster on site What we are looking for Four or more years in water damage mitigation or restoration, including two or more years of mold remediation inside containment At least one year leading a crew or running jobs on site IICRC WRT and AMRT certifications New York State Mold Abatement Worker Supervisor license, or willing to earn it within 90 days of hire (we pay for the course) EPA RRP Certified Renovator, or willing to earn it within 90 days (one-day course; we pay for it) OSHA 10; valid driver's license and a clean driving record Able to lift 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and basements while wearing a respirator Available for our on-call rotation, including some nights and weekends A plus:

; OSHA 30; insurance restoration work with adjusters; Xactimate; Spanish Pay and benefits $28.00 to $35.00 per hour depending on licenses, certifications, and experience, with overtime at time and a half.
