About us Columbus Restoration Co. is is growing fast and looking for driven, experienced, and dependable Lead Restoration Technicians to join our disaster recovery team. What You'll Do:
Lead mitigation and restoration projects (water, fire, mold, and more) from start to finish Supervise and train restoration technicians and laborers on-site Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and project managers Complete proper documentation using restoration software Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and safety protocols Operate extraction equipment, air movers, dehumidifiers, and other restoration tools Respond to emergency calls on a rotating on-call schedule
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in property restoration (water/fire/mold)
IICRC WRT
certification ( required );
ASD, FSRT, AMRT
a plus Leadership skills and the ability to manage job sites and small teams A clean driving record and valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces or attics/basements Strong communication, customer service, and tech documentation skills Willingness to be on-call for after-hours/emergency work
