About the Role As a Plastics Molding Technician, you will play a vital role in our production cycle by managing injection and extrusion processes to ensure high-quality output. You will be responsible for optimizing equipment performance and maintaining precise standards to help us meet our manufacturing throughput goals. Responsibilities Configure, assemble, and disassemble molds to prepare for production cycles or secure storage. Calibrate autoclave settings and temperature controls to maintain optimal processing conditions. Execute injection molding operations while continuously monitoring pressure and temperature gauges for consistency. Utilize material handling equipment to efficiently load and unload raw materials and finished goods. Refine product quality by grinding, buffing, and cleaning threads using specialized hand and power tools. Conduct thorough visual inspections to ensure all finished components meet strict quality specifications. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or

GED. 1-2

years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and operational excellence. Preferred Skills Prior experience with molding, machining, fabrication, or assembly processes.
