We're looking for an experienced Process Technician to set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot plastic injection molding machines. You'll help maintain efficient production while ensuring every molded part meets our quality and safety standards. Compensation and Schedule $32-$36 per hour Full-time night shift, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM Rotating schedule with three days on followed by three to four days off What You'll Do Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines Monitor production and adjust machine parameters to maintain quality and efficiency Manage material flow throughout the molding process Identify and resolve processing, equipment, and quality issues Perform routine maintenance checks on machines, molds, and related equipment Follow all quality procedures and workplace safety protocols What You'll Bring Hands-on plastic injection molding experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Tool, die, or mold setup experience Experience with Toshiba or Haitian injection molding machines is preferred Benefits Choice of three health insurance plans, effective the first of the month following your hire date Vision and dental insurance Company-paid life insurance, with additional coverage available Short-term and long-term disability coverage available Matching 401(k) Paid vacation and personal days Paid lunch Nine paid holidays You should be proficient in: Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills Injection Molding Experience Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience Machines & technologies you'll use: Injection Molding Machine (Toshiba, Haitian)
