Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts efficiently. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly, safety standards are upheld, and quality specifications are met consistently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment focused on precision and continuous improvement. Duties Monitor parts coming off the injection molding machine. Assembly of molded parts. Packing parts and labeling Finished Goods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to safety protocols and lean manufacturing principles Assist with setting up and taking down work stations for changeovers. Monitoring material levels. Skills Strong attention to detail Experience with plastics blow molding, fabrication, machining, and assembly processes within a manufacturing environment preferred Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and reduce waste Warehouse experience including materials handling with forklifts or similar equipment is preferred Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments Familiarity with plastics injection molding processes and quality control standards is highly desirable Join our team to be part of a vibrant manufacturing operation where your skills directly impact product quality and operational excellence. Pay:
$16.00 - $17.50 per hour
