Direct Hire Production Worker- Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator

TOLEDO, OH 43612

Job Description We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the injection molding and fabrication of products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Shifts:

2nd shift 2:45 PM- 11:15 PM $19.00/hr 3rd shift 10:45 PM- 7:15 AM $19.00/hr Duties Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to assemble products according to specifications. Fabricate components as needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Work on the assembly line, performing repetitive tasks while maintaining focus on quality control buy use of micrometers and calipers every 30 minutes for Quality checks. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols in the manufacturing facility. Experience Previous experience

•minimum of 1yr. in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is required. No more than 4 jobs in the last 7 years Current updated Resume required Requirements Current updated Resume required Math Skills assessment required: Accurately read a tape measure and successfully pass test with millimeters and centimeters and basic math skills Be able to bend, climb, stretch and reach above shoulders or head. Able to multitask is a must. Be on your feet for entire 8 hour shift. Steel toe boots or shoes required Familiarity with Micrometers, basic math using calculator and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required, especially with injection molding or fabrication tasks. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
