Responsibilities What You'll Do Perform complete mold changes from start to finish Prepare, change, and maintain injection molds Change and clean injection molding machine hoppers Identify and tag machines or molds requiring repairs Communicate daily with supervisors, lead setup personnel, and management Keep your work area and equipment organized and professional Assist with special projects and continuous improvement activities Support the team wherever needed to keep production moving safely and efficiently Qualifications What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, safety minded, and comfortable working around manufacturing equipment.
Preferred qualifications and skills:
