Direct Hire A growing plastics manufacturing company is hiring a Blow Mold Technician for their 2nd shift team in Manchester, PA. This is a hands-on role focused on machine setup, troubleshooting, changeovers, and keeping production running efficiently. Overtime is available and the company offers strong benefits and long-term stability. What You'll Be DoingSet up and operate extrusion or injection blow molding machinesPerform mold and material changeoversAdjust machine settings to maintain quality and production outputTroubleshoot machine and process issues during production runsPerform basic quality checks and complete production paperworkSupport minor maintenance and keep equipment running efficientlyMaintain a clean and safe production environmentWhat We're Looking For2+ years of hands-on blow molding or injection molding experienceExperience with machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshootingAbility to perform changeovers independentlyPlastics manufacturing experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environmentBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPTO and paid holidaysOvertime opportunitiesLong-term direct hire opportunity
