Candidates must have previous foundry experience and be comfortable performing a variety of tasks throughout the facility. Workers must be flexible, dependable, and willing to move between different jobs as production needs change.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Previous foundry experience required Experience with grinding, casting cleanup, or metal finishing is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform heavy lifting Willingness to learn different tasks and assist in other areas as needed Ability to work in a dirty, hot industrial environment, especially during the summer months Steel-toe boots required Strong attendance and a dependable work history We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who can adapt to changing job assignments and contribute wherever needed.
