Injection Molding Operator EA Magnetics, a growing manufacturer of permanent magnets and magnetics assemblies, is seeking a dependable and conscientious Injection Molding Operator to join our team in our Bucks County manufacturing facility. Injection-molding tool-setting experience is a plus, but we will consider mechanically inclined candidates who are eager to learn. This position offers the opportunity to work across several areas of our operation and develop greater technical responsibility. Our products are used in many automotive, aerospace, industrial, and technology applications so attention to detail is a must! Responsibilities:

Start up, operate and shut down injection-molding presses daily Monitor production and inspect molded parts for quality throughout production process Trim and finish parts as they come off the machines Occasionally insert secondary components during the molding process Make basic machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow production procedures and quality standards. Operate molding machines safely and efficiently

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude, basic math and hands-on problem-solving skills Ability to lift and handle 55-pound bags regularly Comfortable working around industrial machinery Dependable, safety-conscious, and attentive to detail Able to stand for extended periods Previous injection-molding experience preferred Mold and tool-setting experience is a STRONG plus
