Description 2nd Shift Full time 40 hours a week, 2:50PM to 11PM, pay is $16.00 hourly to start. Training on 1st ($15.50, then moving perm to 2nd shift.) Must have knowledge of plastic injection molding and experience.
Trouble shoot injection molding machines and startup/ shutdown equipment.
Find ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Knowledge of resin process temps and drying temps.
Verify process parameters and implement changes to improve cycle times.
Monitor process and workstation info in mold setup sheets.
Work alongside Quality Control to improve process.
Assure housekeeping standards are met and scrap issues are addressed and fixed.
Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
Wrap skids.
Plastic Injection Molding 3+ years.
Knowledge of fork trucks and pallet jacks.
