We're seeking an experienced Plastic Injection Molding Process Technician to support production in an automotive lighting manufacturing environment.
Troubleshoot molding defects such as flash, short shots, sink marks, warping, and cosmetic imperfections.
Monitor and adjust temperatures, pressures, injection speeds, and cycle times within approved process parameters.
Support mold changes, material changes, and production changeovers.
Work with production, quality, tooling, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and reduce downtime.
Document process settings and adjustments accurately.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. What we're looking for: Previous hands-on experience as a plastic injection molding process technician.knowledge of molding equipment, processing parameters, and defect troubleshooting.
Ability to read work instructions, process sheets, and quality specifications.
Attention to detail, dependable attendance, and teamwork.
