Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Concrete Mixer Driver and become a vital part of building infrastructure that lasts! In this energetic role, you will operate and maintain concrete mixers and other heavy equipment, ensuring the smooth delivery of concrete and paving materials to various construction sites. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality projects efficiently and safely, contributing to the development of civil infrastructure. Responsibilities Operate concrete mixers, paving equipment, loaders, and other heavy machinery in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications Transport concrete to commercial and residential jobs while adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations Perform routine maintenance and mechanical inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), site safety procedures, and adherence to all OSHA standards. Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, equipment usage, maintenance activities, and safety inspections Qualifications Proven experience operating construction machinery such as concrete mixers, paving equipment, loaders, and screeds Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record; knowledge of DOT regulations is essential. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, quantities, and project estimations Knowledge of safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation and construction site protocols Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately We are committed to providing a safe work environment where every team member can thrive. Pay:
$17.50 - $18.50 per hour
