You will load molds, run molding cycles, demold parts, and finish them to spec—making plastic tanks and custom parts used across the country. Experience in rotational molding is a plus, but we will train the right person with general manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities Prepare molds:

clean, apply mold release, and inspect before loading. Weigh and load resin (powder) per the job's recipe and run sheet. Operate the molding machine through its heat and cooling cycles; monitor cycle times and temperatures. Demold finished parts safely and on schedule.

Finish parts:

deflashing/trimming, cutting holes, and installing fittings, lids, and spin welds.

Perform quality checks:

verify wall thickness, color, pressure/leak tests, and visual inspection, and record the results. Log production counts, scrap, and downtime in the production system (tablet/computer) each shift. Keep molds, machines, and work areas clean and safe; follow lockout/tagout and PPE requirements. Load/unload material and parts with a forklift (after receiving supervisor approval). Report machine, mold, or quality issues to the supervisor promptly. Requirements Manufacturing or machine-operation experience preferred; rotational molding experience is a strong plus (will train). Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work around heat and ovens. Comfortable using hand and power tools (trimmers, drills, routers). Basic math and measurement skills (using a tape measure; calipers are a plus). Able to read work orders/run sheets and follow recipes exactly. Reliable attendance and a strong safety mindset.
