Document maintenance actions and trends; communicate clearly with maintenance and production leadership and equipment operators to maintain shift-to-shift continuity. Champion a safe, clean work environment and continuous learning via workshops, publications, and networks. What it takes Submit a resume with your application. High school diploma or GED.
