Position Summary:

Way Property Restoration, a leader in Restoration Industry throughout the country, is currently hiring for an experienced Restoration Tech to join our team. Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, and microbial growth emergencies
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and demolition
• Set up and remove restoration equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)
• Document losses and conduct inspections
• Provide compassionate customer service on-site
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (after training) Qualifications
• Must be eligible to enter Military / Federal buildings
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs.

2 years of experience Satisfactory background check Able to be on call Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Great Communication and Customer Service Skills.
