Everything is made with real butter and non-GMO ingredients in our dedicated gluten-free, tree nut-free, and peanut-free facility.

Job Purpose:

Operate industrial mixing equipment to produce large batches of cake, and muffin batter according to formula sheets, keeping our production lines supplied.

Duties:

Operate commercial mixers to produce batches at production scale Sanitize the workspace, utensils, bowls, and tables, and clean thoroughly before each new product run Check ingredient carts and refrigerator stock against the formula Measure, prepare, and mix wet and dry ingredients following formulas Keep allergen and non-allergen ingredients separate to prevent cross-contamination Keep cold items refrigerated and ensure containers are sealed and labeled

Qualifications:

Able to lift 50-100 lbs and stand for long hours Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment Quick learner and team player

Preferred:

2 years of production machinery experience
