What You'll Do As our Production Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our daily operations: Lead & Develop
Manage multiple production associates, providing hands-on training and mentorship that helps them excel Solve Real Problems
Use your technical expertise to troubleshoot machinery, minimize downtime, and keep our advanced automated systems running at peak performance Own the Process
From preventative maintenance to quality control, you'll have direct impact on safety, efficiency, and product excellence Drive Innovation
Identify and implement process improvements, working directly with leadership to make your ideas reality Master the Technology
Gain expertise in state-of-the-art automated equipment, ERP systems, and digital production tools
What You Bring Must-Haves:
High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years of production experience Comfort with computers and learning new systems Hands-on experience with tools and machinery
What Makes You Stand Out:
Background with automated machinery setup and operation Maintenance experience with mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic systems Experience with inventory tracking software Strong troubleshooting instincts and problem-solving skills The Physical Side This is an active, hands-on role requiring the ability to lift 50 lbs, work on your feet, operate in a non-climate-controlled facility, and access tight spaces around equipment.
