About the Role As a Plant Facilities Technician, you will serve as a critical guardian of our operational infrastructure, ensuring that essential utility systems remain reliable and efficient. You will play a vital role in optimizing plant performance by managing complex mechanical, electrical, and water treatment systems to support seamless production. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance programs for compressed air, electrical distribution, and high-capacity water filtration systems. Optimize the performance of cooling towers, chillers, and heat exchangers to ensure consistent operational output. Manage chemical injection, mineral dosing, and reverse osmosis systems, including membrane cleaning and calibration of monitoring instrumentation. Perform critical sanitation processes, including CIP procedures on storage silos and supply lines, to maintain strict hygiene standards. Maintain and repair industrial pumps and piping networks to guarantee uninterrupted utility flow to production lines. Champion a culture of safety by actively participating in incident investigations, hazard mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills 4+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or a similar manufacturing environment. Proven technical proficiency in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects or lead maintenance workflows effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and reports. Preferred Skills 6+ years of experience in high-volume industrial facility maintenance. Advanced expertise in water treatment chemistry and ozone monitoring equipment. Experience in leading cross-functional teams or complex facility upgrade projects.
