Back to search results Remote role We are seeking an experienced Senior client M3 Manufacturing Consultant to lead key manufacturing workstreams for an enterprise client M3 implementation. In this role, you will lead solution blueprinting, business process walkthroughs (BPWs), scope confirmations, and integration design. You will act as the functional SME guiding business alignment, solution design, and testing across manufacturing, planning, and quality functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Blueprinting:

Lead the definition and design of the client M3 solution blueprint for core manufacturing business processes.

Process Design & Scope Confirmation:

Conduct Business Process Walkthroughs (BPWs), validate requirements, and secure scope confirmations with business stakeholders.

Integrations & Functional Specs:

Define functional requirements for manufacturing-related integrations and write functional specification documents for necessary system enhancements.

Testing & Validation:

Oversee and execute functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for manufacturing modules.

Client Alignment & Advisory:

Act as the primary advisor for manufacturing best practices, leveraging deep M3 domain expertise to align system functionality with business objectives.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Client M3

Expertise:

10+ years of hands-on experience implementing client M3 with a primary focus on Manufacturing modules. Prior business experience in manufacturing, planning and quality is preferred. Experience with F&B or transportation companies is preferred. Experience with WMS systems is good to have.

Skillset Needed:

M3 manufacturing, leading implementations, and testing. Writing specifications for enhancements.

Domain Knowledge:

Functional background in manufacturing operations, production planning, and quality management.

Implementation Leadership:

Proven track record leading functional workstreams, leading client workshops, and managing testing cycles (SIT, UAT, Go-Live).

Technical Writing:

Strong experience drafting clear, detailed functional specification documents for custom enhancements and integrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry Experience:

Experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) or Transportation/Equipment industries.

Systems Integration:

Familiarity or prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related M3 integrations.

Travel & Remote Work Requirements:

Remote Schedule:

Central Time Zone alignment required when working remotely.

Travel Expectation:

Up to 50% onsite travel to Seneca, Kansas, tied to key project milestones (Workshops, SIT, Go-Live, etc.).

Note:

Onsite presence will initially average 15-20 hours per week during peak milestone phases.

International Travel:

N/A (Domestic US travel only).
