Purpose of Job

Operates plant equipment and performs routine plant operations as assigned by supervisor.

Key Accountabilities

• Under direction of Supervisor, operate plant equipment including filters, kilns, ball mills, vibro mills, jet mills, screens, compressors, generators, wastewater treatment system, mobile equipment, boilers, as well as other required processing procedures and equipment.
  
• Safely operate a forklift within operational and warehouse buildings.
  
• Handle Aluminum Oxide Powder
  
• Accurately complete shift logs and collect samples for quality lab.
  
• Follow company policies and site Standard Operating Procedures.
  
• Executes instructions for special runs requiring alternate processing conditions.
  
• Operate the plant equipment in a manner to ensure product and process quality.
  
• Safely work in environments that may be load, hot and/or dusty Formal Education High School / School Diploma or similar
  Working Experience
  6 months + experience in a warehouse / manufacturing / mining / construction or landscaping roleRequired Personal / Professional Skills
  
• Proficiency in native-level English
