Observation, checks, cleaning and preventative maintenance are also responsibilities of the Plant Operator. High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Ability to operate steam boilers, chillers, air compressors, vacuum pumps, etc. Sufficient experience to have acquired a general knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance. Ability to retrieve information from building management System Computer. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
