Job Description

E&I and Utilities Supervisor Location:
Greater Kentucky Area (On-site)
Salary:
$120,000-$140,000 + Bonus (10%)
About:
DSJ Global is currently partnered with a growing industrial manufacturing company seeking an E&I and Utilities Supervisor to lead electrical, instrumentation, and utility operations within a highly regulated production environment. This position will be responsible for driving safety, reliability, maintenance performance, and continuous improvement initiatives while leading a team that supports critical plant operations. Responsibilities Lead a team of 15 Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) and Utilities teams in a PSM-regulated chemical manufacturing facility. Drive plant reliability, maintenance execution, and utility system performance. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements. Oversee critical systems including electrical distribution, instrumentation, boilers, water treatment, reverse osmosis, and wastewater operations. Develop and mentor technicians and operators while promoting a strong safety culture. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance and utilities management within an industrial manufacturing environment. Experience working in a PSM-regulated chemical manufacturing facility preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, boilers, water treatment, reverse osmosis, and wastewater treatment. Experience with SAP, DeltaV, CMMS systems, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
