Job Description
Safely remove, install, and secure molds in injection molding machines using 10-ton, 20-ton, and 30-ton overhead cranes. Connect and troubleshoot water, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Set up and operate auxiliary equipment, including chillers, thermolators, and heat controllers. Utilize knowledge of mold cores, valve gate systems, and hot runner controls. Adjust robotic systems to support efficient production operations. Follow company safety procedures and maintain compliance with all manufacturing standards. Experience Preferred 1 - 2 years: Proficiency with overhead crane operation and mold handling procedures. Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and water systems. Experience with robotics, valve gates, cores, hot runner systems, and auxiliary equipment. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude.
