THE SHORT VERSION

We print murals directly onto walls. Not vinyl. Not wallpaper. Our vertical printing machines travel along a gantry and lay ink directly onto brick, block, drywall, stucco, and other surfaces—indoors and out. There are only a handful of people in the country who know how to operate this equipment well. We're going to teach you to become one of them. We're looking for someone with a builder's brain. You can measure a room and trust the number. You notice when something on site is off before it becomes a problem. And when a piece of equipment does something unexpected, you stay calm and figure it out. If you've framed walls, hung cabinets, installed signage, worked in finish carpentry, operated CNC equipment, or helped run a jobsite, you may already have most of what we need. We'll teach you the printing part.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Load and transport our printing equipment to job sites across the region, including retail spaces, restaurants, offices, schools, and exterior walls Measure and survey each wall, scan the surface, and prepare the artwork so the print lands exactly where it should Set up, level, calibrate, and operate the printer on projects ranging from a single accent wall to multi-day exterior installations Read project schedules and Gantt charts, understand what needs to happen before printing can begin, and communicate early when a site or timeline isn't ready Solve the problems that come with real job sites—uneven surfaces, obstacles, weather, power issues, and last-minute client changes Take care of the machine through proper transport, daily maintenance, ink handling, and catching small issues before they become downtime Represent MuralPros well on site. You'll often be the only person from our company the client meets, so how you communicate and carry yourself matters

WHO DOES WELL HERE

Carpentry-grade measuring : You can pull a tape, shoot a level, read a drawing, and recognize when a "16-foot wall" is actually 15 feet, 10 inches. Experience in carpentry, finish work, cabinetry, sign installation, millwork, or any trade where an eighth of an inch matters is a strong fit Field problem solving : Job sites are rarely exactly what the photos showed. You assess the situation, work through the problem, and know when to call for a second opinion Comfortable with new technology: Machines will surprise you. Software will update. You don't get rattled—you get curious and work through it methodically Schedule awareness : You're comfortable reading a project timeline, understanding what other work needs to happen first, and speaking up early when a deadline may be at risk Reliable and self-directed: You have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, can lift 50+ pounds, can work safely on ladders and lifts, and are comfortable traveling several days a week Helpful, but not required : Experience with Photoshop or Illustrator, large-format printing, CNC machines or plotters, or AI image tools

WHAT WE'LL TRAIN YOU ON

Your training will be paid, practical, and hands-on. You'll learn: Vertical printing technology, including setup, calibration, ink systems, and how different wall surfaces affect a print Wall scanning and surface mapping Photoshop and artwork preparation for print AI-assisted design tools and how we use them with clients Our complete project workflow, from scheduling and site preparation through printing and client handoff By the end of training, you'll have a skill very few people possess: the ability to walk onto a job site and turn a blank wall into a finished mural, often in a single day. It's specialized, valuable work—and you'll be getting in early as the industry grows.
