ASK Chemicals LLC i s hiring a 3D Printing Operator/Technician in Alfred Station, NY to support the production, processing, and maintenance associated with our 3D printing business.

Reports to:

Maintenance Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain and operate 3D printers and related technologies. Receive and prioritize all requests Manage queues and execute 3D prints Post process 3D prints Inspect 3D Printed models for quality Ensure proper inventory levels are obtained. Ensure the 3D area is organized and cleanliness is maintained on daily and regular basis. Comply with policies, procedures and reporting requirements relating to safety/heath, performance standards, operating procedures, processes, and training. Perform Preventative Maintenance on 3D printers. Troubleshoot and repair 3D printers and associated components. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. Related experience with computer/peripheral maintenance and repair, printer servicing or similar background. Computer skills. Excellent problem definition and resolution skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize and manage tasks. Adaptable and flexible. Solid verbal and written English language communication skills. This is a technical as well as physical position. Candidates must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
